Terms of service

This agreement is between Omatrix Ltd, trading as CatchCall, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17198364), whose registered address is 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF (“we”, “us”, “CatchCall”) and the individual or business signing up to the CatchCall service (“you”, “the Client”).

By creating a CatchCall account and using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
